CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (May 29, 2022) Navy Lt. Richard Shang, a Navy Reserve Chaplain currently deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLJD), gives the invocation at an Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month event held at the Goat Locker and hosted by the Filipino-American Community of Djibouti (FILAMCOM) and the camp Diversity Committee. AAPI Heritage Month celebrates the service and sacrifices of Asian/Pacific Islanders throughout the United States.
