View N of St Mael and St Sulien's church & former vicarage (Ty Cerrig) in Cwm, Denbighshire, Wales, UK. The animal drinking trough set into the garden wall was removed from the holy well (its covering dated 1772) of St Mael & St Sulien inside the vicarage garden. The post-box set into the wall is a Victorian VR model made by WT ALLEN & Co. London. The hamlet is named for the circular hollow (cwm) on the hillside, it is considered to have been a site of Christian worship since the C7th. The present church, dedicated to two C6th Breton-Welsh missionaries, is mainly C14th & later.
