Anomaly ofthe ribs and spine in a girl aged I Iyears (Figs. 2 and 3). This patienthad marked scoliosis of the upper thor-acic vertebrae. The third and fourthribs vsere fus-d just beyond their angles,and the body of the fourth thoracic waswedge-shaped with the thm edge towardthe left side.
