NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del. -- 166th Airlift Wing explosive ordnance disposal team leader Staff Sgt. Seth Kohn prepares the area near an exercise munition with decontaminant solution at the New Castle Air National Guard Base April 7. A team of three Airmen worked in tandem to practice decontaminating, sealing and transporting potentially hazardous materials. In addition to supporting active duty overseas missions, the 166th EOD Flight supports several local counties.
