Corus is the world's fifth largest steel producer, headquartered in London, England. The Company was formed from the merger of Koninklijke Hoogovens with British Steel Plc on 6 October 1999. It was once a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index but is now a subsidiary of Tata Steel, part of India's Tata Group.
