MANY DRIVERS PARKED THEIR CARS IN NORMAL BUS LANES, ON SIDEWALKS, NEAR FIREPLUGS AND ON THE GRASS NORMALLY THE CITY HAS 1,800 BUSES ON THE STREETS DURING THE MORNING AND EVENING RUSH HOURS
