Container handler equipment places and removes container caps at the UMTRA uranium tailings project in Moab, Utah. Because the uranium tailings are still radioactive, the containers are capped before rail transport before leaving the site. This container handler places a cap on full containers leaving and removes them from empty ones returning to be refilled.
