US Marine Corps Corporal Shawn Callamari of the 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Fleet Service Support, Charlie Company, works to smooth freshly poured cement at the community center in Babonneau, Saint Lucia. Approximately, 100 US Marines, Soldiers and Airmen personnel have deployed to Saint Lucia as part of Operation NEW HORIZONS. The operation has a two fold mission of readiness training and humanitarian assistance in the Caribbean and Latin America.
