Airmen First Class Jordan Kuqada and Peter Simunovich, Mile High Honor Guard members, present the colors during the 460th Space Wing Change of Command ceremony Jan. 12, 2018, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. Maj. Gen. Stephen N. Whiting, 14th Air Force, Air Force Space Command; and Deputy Joint Force Space Component Commander, Strategic Command, officiated the ceremony and provided opening remarks before awarding Col. David N. Miller with the Legion of Merit for exceptional meritorious conduct and performance of outstanding service as the commander of the 460th SW.
