Watts, deceased. lie attended thedistrict school until about fifteen yearsof age when he attended two winters inthe Mount Morris public school, andafterward attended Mount Morris Col-lege two and one half years, graduatingfrom the commercial course with theclass of 92. He worked on the farmfor his father from 1892 to 1897, whenhe formed a partnership with A. in the grocery business in Mount farm in Iine Creek township, March 20,1852. Besides a common education heattended Mount Morris College during1875 and 1878. In 1878 he went toQuitman, Mo., a small town of fivehundred inhabitants, but remained onlyone season, returning
