Color, clear white, heavily edg and striped with bright scarlet, giving it a very brij and cheerful appearance. Flowers large and full, w center petals standing erect, giving the a w(- rounded form. Calyx resembling Mad. Albertinl. Ha strong and vigorous. This variety is now in its foui year, and has proven the most even and constant bloo er from early to late. We receive for these fluwers highest prices paid in the market. Received gold m at Atlanta. 20 cents each. CRIMSON VARIETIES. JACQUEMINOT. This Is a very rich crimson, It fl^wors freely and Is something very attractive; growth strong and healthy; very valuable for cut flowers. 15 cents. YELLOW VARIETIES. BUTTERCUP. Rich, golden yellow, with a few streaks of clear carmine; of vigorous habit and very florlferous; the florets are full and very double. MAYOR PINGREE. Color clear lemon yellow, lightly marked with pink and occasionally splashed with white. A very strong, robust grower, continuous bloomer, and not a cropper. Blooms measure two and a half tn three inches and over in diameter. Stems extraordinarily stiff and from 18 to 30 inches long as the season advances. Excellent keeper, very pro<Iuctlve. Cuttings strike read- ily, and promises to' be a splendid yellow commercial carnation. 15 cents each. MARGUERITE. The flowers of these are not a«! perfect as the Remontant, but only semi-double and the petals more fringed, but are continuous bloomers.
