The modern sculpture "The Caller" on the choir gable of St Magnus church in Braunschweig


The modern sculpture "The Caller" representing the apocalyptic angel and created by Bodo Kampmann was installed on the choir gable of St Magnus church in Braunschweig, Germany in 1958. The medieval church in the heart of Braunschweig's historical Magni quarter was heavily damaged in World War 2 and was reconstructed in modern style while incorporating the remaining historic material.
