Toprovide for this contingency, the Mess Officer shallhave previously made arrangements looking to furnish-ing breakfast to all patients who are to be evacuated,if such is the purpose for which the train has enhsted men of this command, however, will nothave breakfast until the entraining or detraining pro-cess has been completed. 3. If the train is due to arrive between morningFatigue Call and Taps, the Detachment Commanderwill still send a member of the detachment MedicalDepartment to the quai not less than thirty minut
