Hamer, medical officer of health toLondon county, England, is the author of twoarticles which have recently appeared, one in theannual report of the London county council andthe other in Public Health for December 1921,in, both of which he discusses at some length thetyphoid fever statistics for London. In the re-port he states that he does not believe present avail-able data in both England and the United States.
