ANCIENT In order to remove all doubts whether Baptism might notbe administered in the house of the person receiving it, by-means of those baths with which every Roman family wasfurnished, this plate contains one example of those of the baths were small and might be removed from oneroom into another, for many purposes as well as such a bath the Believers in the house of Cornelius mighthave been baptized.
