NOME, Alaska, (Sept. 12, 2022) – A flight paramedic assigned to the Alaska Army National Guard is raised into a HH-60M Black Hawk helicopter utilizing a rescue hoist during a Casualty Evacuation/Personnel Recovery (CASEVAC/PR) rehearsal for Operation Noble Defender.
