Large cuts of meat covered in spices hang from a set of hooks to dry and be turned into biltong at a game farm in South Africa
It was fascinating to see the biltong process, i had no idea they were made from such large steak sized peices, after covering in spices they will hang here for a few weeks to dry before being cut but a home made biltong cutter into smaller pieces.
