A Roman copy in marble of a Hellenistic Greek bronze from Pergamon. The original was commissioned by Attalus I of Pergamon to celebrate his victory over the Celtic Galatians in Anatolia. Note that he is wearing a torc. In the Capitoline Museum's collection in Rome, 3rd century BC.
