In color it is unique, its smooth, silky skin being- a bright crimson color all over like a radish. It is an extremely quick grower, producing bulbs for table use sooner than any other variety. It is a flat turnip, but deep, of good size, small strap leaved top; the flesh is very white and of fine quality; a good keeper. Don't fail to include this. Pkt. 4c; oz. 8c; % lb. 18c; lb. 60c.
