The enlisted men of the detachment of the Ninety-fiftli Illinois Volunteer Infantryare transferred to the Forty-seventii Illinois Volunteer Infantry. The transfers will bemade in accordance with Circular No. 64, War Department, series of 1864. The Com-missary of Musters, District of Montgomery, is charged with the execution of this order. By command of Brevet Major General J. McAutiiur. JAMES B. COMSTOCK, A. A. G. HISTORY OF NINETY-FIFTH INFANTRY. The Ninety-fifth Infantry Illinois Volunteers was organized at Camp Fuller, Rockford,Illinois, in August, 1862, by Colonel Lawrence S. Church, and mustered into the UnitedStates service September 4th, 1862. The Regiment moved from camp, November 4th, and proceeded, via Cairo and Colum-bus, to Jackson, Tennessee, and, afterward, to Grand Junction, Tennessee, where it wasassigned to General McArthurs Division,
