Leadership from the ANA and coalition forces conducted the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the completion of this project sponsored by Canada that includes a long term women’s billeting and a day care. Col. Jon Chyka, US Army Corps of Engineers commander delivers a speech at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. “It was a mere fifteen months ago that the team broke ground on this project. Today, we have this fine-looking building that will house more than 50 women as they train to become valuable members of the ANA,” he said.
