C C, either by sliding blocks A .1, or riding on themwith rollers, there is a frame D to which the link to be groundis bolted. Set with its center in a vertical plane above thepivotal point F of the two bars is an emery wheel, which canbe raised or lowered in a line with the center F. The method and kept always against the pins C C, then the path of the pointH, will be the arc of a circle. .And that circle will be the onepassing through G H G^.
