A US Air Force Pararescueman (Right) from the the 129th Air Rescue Wing, Moffett Field, Mountain View, California, and two Commandos of the Chilean Air Force treat a "survivor" in a mock disaster response in the Atacama Desert of northern Chile. The disaster scenario was part of a joint-nation exercise, CHILE TCA 2000, between the California Air National Gaurd, Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and the Fuerza Aerea de Chile.
