12 February , 2013-Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Meeting room called "Sala Tàpies". La Casa de la Ciutat (in Catalan city house) is the building that houses the offices of the City of Barcelona. It has more than 6 centuries of history and architectural presence ranging from the Gothic to Neoclassical. Government offices and meeting rooms coexist with historic artwork in the form of sculptures, tapestries and paintings. These days, on the occasion of the celebration of the festival of Santa Eulalia (patron of the city with Santa Merce) remains open its doors to allow citizens to visit.
