Falconer with hawk at Lisbon airport, Portugal


Since 1995 that birds of prey are used at Lisbon airport to keep pigeons seagulls and other birds at large from the airplanes landing and departing That job has helped Eduardo Cabral to mantain his project of breeding birds of prey for reintroduction in nature In Jannuary 2006 he had a couple of Golden eagles breeded with success in a Portuguese captive breeding center NAFA Nature and Falconry
