200322-N-SK929-1015 SANTA RITA, Guam (Mar. 22, 2021) A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam constructs a war board to be used by 30th Naval Construction Regiment during their upcoming Communication Exercise and Naval Expeditionary Combat Command Integrated Exercise. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the 7th Fleet areas of operation.
