Business continues to be good through- out this locality. Notwithstanding the fact that it is summertime and flowers are fairly plentiful in the yards, the de- mand continues to be good. Funeral work continues to be quite heavy and weddings have been more numerous dur- ing the last week. We are now begin- ^ning to see large quantities of gladioli on the market and, so far, much cannot be said of their quality. Exceptionally good Schwabeu are seen, their stems be- ing well filled with perfect blooms. Americas are also holding their own in good shape.
