Jacob and Elizabeth (Marsh) Mil-ler, was born in May^ 1830, in Starke county, Ohio. At the age of 23 he moved to Bellefontaine and engaged in themanufacture of carriages, in connection with which he has ever since. He united with this church March 21, 1857, by profession,and was ordained a deacon November 26, of the same year. Heserved in that capacity until his removal to Muncie, Indiana, Sep-tember 30, 1871. Mr. Miller was Superintendent of the Sunday-school from1862 to 1866, and in 1876 and 1877, and Assistant Superintendent roo PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH man} years. Returning from Muncie^he re-united with this churchand was elected trustee in 1875-76-77. Deacon Miller has beena very faithful and efficientmember of this chvirch andSunday-school. -He married in 1854,Hannah, daughter of Sam-viel Huffman, of Cohimbianacounty, Ohio, Mrs. Miller united withthis church March 21, died here June 8, 1897, Children:—Eva Dorn,died, aged 14; Charles, resi-dence, Bellefontaine, Ohio. DAVID J. MILLER, GEORGE P. STEVENSON. George P. Stevenson, son of Joseph and Margaret Ann Stev-enson, was born December 5, 1840. He united with this churchin January, 1857, He was Superintendent of the Sunday-schoolprior to 1874. His first marriage was to Jeanette L, Graham, nee Thompson,March 22, 1864, who died in February 1865, leaving one son. Hissecond marriage was to Wilhelmina B. Carr, October 22, 1870. Tothem three sons and four daughters were born, and all are nowliving. He was ordained a ruling elder in Cambridge City, In-diana. He was an elder and
