The 816th EAS and 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Airmen performed multiple iterations of a process where the Aerial Bulk Fuel Delivery System was drained into an R-11 fuel truck, then the engines were left running for hot refueling from the truck to the aircraft, as well as a defueling process from the plane back to the fuel truck. This operational capability enables the Air Force Air Mobility Command to support joint service partners in Agile Combat Employment.
