The $3,000,000 of bondsand $6,000,000 of stock of the Los Angeles ConsolidatedElectric Railway Company have been absorbed by thenew company. The directors are Thomas Brown, ofthe Bank of California; Lovell White, of the San Fran-cisco Savings Union; Antoine Borel, banker; GeorgeStone, of the Peoples Home Savings Bank, San Fran-cisco; and J. D. Bicknell, capitalist, and M. H. Sherman,both of Los Angeles, Cal. F. W. Wood has beenelected general manager. Thomas Brown is the newpresident and A. L. Burke, secretary.
