REINHART, County Judge, was born in Middleburg, SchoharieCo., N. V„ Nov. 8, 1825, being the son of John J. and Elizabeth Rein-hart. His father was a farmer, and he, in his youth, spent his years in working and laying up a stock of health in the Summer, and strength-ening his mental caliber in the Winter by attending school. Thus prof-itably engaged until he reached his majority, he taught school lor ashort time and then, in the Spring of 1857, commenced to read law withF. W. Filkins, at Burnsville, Albany Co., N. Y. He afterwards removedto Albany, and completed his legal studies with Thomas Smith, one ofthe most celebrated lawyers of the State of New York. In 1S
