Miss Priscilla Hopkins in the character of Aura in Charles Johnson’s The Country Lasses. However, she did not play the role in London. Priscilla Hopkins, 1756-1845, was an English actress who married the actor William Brereton in 1777 and later John Philip Kemble in 1787. Copperplate engraving by R.
