Kamil Barczyk, the hospital director for Healthcare Center in Bolesławiec, brings Soldiers assigned to the 4th Infantry Divisions (4 ID) and representatives from the TRICARE Overseas Program on a tour of the hospital in Bolesławiec, Poland, Feb. 15, 2023.
