CAMP CASEY, Republic of Korea--The 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-US Combined Division held a change of responsibility ceremony between Command Sgt. Maj. Edward Mitchell (outgoing) and Command Sgt. Maj. Phil Barretto (incoming) at Camp Casey, Republic of Korea Dec. 1.
