Still there is no signs of feverish demand for foreign currency in Moscow

Moscow, Russia. Monday, Sept. 22nd, 2014. Dollar and Euro continue to rise in Russia. The official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for Sept. 23rd 2014 is 38,5782 rubles for $1 and 49,6193 rubles for €1. The market exchange rate varies depending on a bank. Still there is no signs of feverish demand for foreign currency in Moscow. The same exchange rate can be observed by the cult Michael Bulgakov literature museum along the Garden Ring of Moscow. In case of panic the pharmacy is nearby.
