PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 10, 2012) An SH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter from the Island Knights of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 delivers ammunition to the forecastle of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) during a vertical replenishment with the Military Sealift Command Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo ship USNS Amelia Earhart (T-AKE 6). Cowpens is part of the George Washington Carrier Strike Group based out of Yokosuka, Japan, and is conducting a patrol of the western Pacific Ocean.
