Staff Sgt. Garisson Dollar is a civil engineer from the 451st Expeditionary Support Squadron at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. The 451st ESPTS is a "mini-mission support group" containing many of the same elements, just on a smaller scale. The civil engineer element contains engineers who work on the mobile aircraft arresting system, a fire department, pest management and many more functions found in a typical CE squadron.
