The Wolf Krongold building also known as "Beijing", local dialect for an overcrowded tenement house is a 19th century building redesignated at municipal housing after WWII. The building has remained empty after 2003 due to safety concerns. A documentary and television series has been made about the last families living in the building. Currently the building is being turned into a luxury apartment complex.
