Splott Road Bridge,Splott Road,Cardiff,Wales, February 16, 2017: The West Side of Splott Road Bridge to close to all traffic and pedestrians on 27th February as a phase one of a significant construction programme required to transform the Network Rail Mainline into Cardiff.
