The thirtieth annual basket picnic of the Chicago Florists' Club was held at St. Paul Park, Morton Grove, Sun- day, July 25, and was largely attend- ed, considering the unfavorable weather and the Eastland disaster the day be- fore, when over 1,000 people were drowned as the boat capsized in the river.
