Monstrans, The object consists of the following cast parts: the base, which passes into the lower half of the stem, the nodus, the upper part of the stem, the bottom of the holder, the holder for the host (the lunula), the frame for the glass cylinder, the two vertical connecting pieces (buttresses), the tip. The six-lobed foot ends in a wide flat edge. It passes upwards into the hexagonal stem, on which the hollow six-faceted nodus is mounted, and then into the hexagonal gradually widening trunk portion, on which the cylinder is placed.
