Technical Edu-cation in this instance, according to the Order-in^Council relating to myappointment, is taken to include Manual Training, Household Science andArt, Drawing, etc. The distinction between Manual Training and TechnicalEducation is not yet clearly understood, and needs to be enforced, as the twoare generally confounded. The work that is being done, is excellent and inevery way the best preparation for Technical Education, but it is not Techni-cal
