Yashica-Mat Twin Lens Reflex (TLR) vintage medium format film camera circa 1971-1973 with Yashinon 80mm taking lens and viewing lens.

A Yashica-Mat twin lens reflex (TLR) medium format vintage camera manufactured between 1971 and 1973. This is the final version of this camera and has the Yashinon 80mm taking lens (bottom) and the Yashinon 80mm viewing lens (top). The camera takes 120 roll film giving 12 6cm x 6cm square frames per roll. The 'Mat' in the name refers to the automatic film advance crank which moved the film to the next frame without having to line up numbers in a window on the back of the camera as with previous models, combined with automatic shutter cocking when the film is advanced. The camera has a Copal-MXV leaf shutter, which can be synched to either electronic or bulb flash, and a self-timer for delayed release of the shutter. A very capable, well bult and popular camera.
