Disbanded-organizers of the annual Hong Kong June 4 vigil pay tribute to the victims of the Tiananmen Massacre in University of Hong Kong (HKU) has informed the organizer behind Hong Kong’s Tiananmen Massacre June 4 vigil, to remove The Pillar of Shame before the deadline of October 13th, 5 pm. The Pillar of Shame created by Danish artist Jens Galschiøt was erected and displayed at the Hong Kong University for 24 years since 1997.
