Proboscis aborted and minute ; palpi porrect, short and not reaching bejond frons ; antenure of male with bristles and cilia ; tibite with the spurs rather long ; abdomen smoothly scaled. Fore wing rather narrow, the costa arched near base, then nearly straight, the termen obliquely rounded ; vein 2 from middle of cell, oblique; S from well before angle; 4, .5 from angle ; 6, 7 stalked; 8, 9 stalked; 10, 11 free.
