Relatives of victims of extra-judicial killings during the term of former Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo hold portraits of their loved ones during a protest marking International Human Rights Day in Manila, Philippines. The protesters called for an end to extra-judicial killings of cause-oriented group leaders, an end to police and military harassment on labor unions, and speedy justice for victims of human rights violations. Human Rights Day is celebrated every December 10 to commemorate the United Nation's adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10, 1948.
