Central Park - a major mixed-use urban renewal project in Sydney, Australia located on Broadway in the suburb of Chippendale on the site of a former brewery. The development is focused on a new public park located just off Broadway of approximately 6,500 square metres (70,000 sq ft) in size. The project includes the award-winning high-rise building One Central Park designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, an apartment complex known for its hanging vertical gardens. The design also includes a cantilevered section including motorised mirrors that capture sunlight, and direct the rays down onto Central Park’s parkland below. It is the tallest building on the site.
