These two pointsof Krönlein lie in a line drawn horizontally backward s from the supraorbital niargin,that for the anterior branch being 3 to 4 cm. behind the external angular processof the frontal bone, while that for the posterior is where the above line intersects aline drawn vertically upwards from the posterior border of the mastoid process.
