HAMPTON, Va. (Sept. 16, 2016) -- Chief Air Traffic Controller Ryan Hemmerle, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), passes through side boys after being pinned to the rank of chief petty officer.
