Carnations are becoming more plentiful and are improving in quality, though there are still a good many splits. Bulbous stock, valley and vio- lets are sellin^well. Of these there is an adequate supply, while lilies are still scarce. Society night at the automo- bile show created an extra demand for corsage bouquets, and the cement show last week called for a good number of flowers, palms and ferns.
